A letter for applying for a Certified Copy of Citizenship Certificate should be addressed to:

The letter should state the Name, Address, Certificate number of the applicant. The applicant is required to state what has happened to the original Certificate of Citizenship and why the certified copy is needed.

Required Documents:

• Recent Police Report on the status of the Original Certificate
• A certified passport photograph of the applicant

Application Fee:

A fee of €114 (including €20 return postage fee) is required on application. The fee is payable by bank transfer:
