In addition to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Embassy is responsible for the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the French Republic, the Kingdom of Spain, the Principality of Monaco, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and the Portuguese Republic.  The Embassy’s principal task is to contribute to the strengthening of diplomatic relations with the countries under its jurisdiction and with the EU, including within the framework of the Organization of the African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) – EU Partnership Agreement

Concurrently, we promote Jamaica’s interests in international organizations, such as UNESCO and the OPCW.

An important area of focus is our work on Diaspora engagement.  The Embassy remains committed to serving the Jamaican community across the jurisdiction.
